Well I guess she technically is not a baby anymore but it is still kind of funny to watch her play and complete all her kid tasks with her baby secured to her. This mini hot sling was whipped up the night before Maryanna's birthday and presented with her new bike. I knew she would need two hands to ride it just like I do for laundry. Now Peter wants me to make him a camo or sports fabric sling for carrying his favorite stuffies.

I love it! I think my girls would love something like this.
ReplyDeleteThat is so stinkin' cute! She wants to be like mom.
ReplyDeleteI love it! Griffin would wear his panda in the grocercy store in his matching hotsling while I wore Benjamin. For a while, we couldn't go anywhere without his sling and panda...makes me teary to remember how cute he was (and still is!).
ReplyDeleteIt suits Maryana's personality to be carying a baby around. I love the fabric you have chosen too. I have been eyeing on that line forever.
ReplyDeleteYou might be the most clever person in the world! So cute.
ReplyDeleteI got the idea from Caryn - Mary told me about it. I didn't know where to purchase one but it was easy enough to whip up. Caryn, maybe you can add a link where you got yours.
ReplyDeleteI actually got mine on the for sale or trade board on thebabywearer.com, but hotslings.com sell the ones that match their "adult" line. The one that Griffin wore matches the crazy print that Mary has been wearing little Kate in...not the most boyish of prints, but he didn't care!
