Baby romper, pattern info here .
And a matching T for the mom, great tutorial here . I even convinced our ward cub scout leader that we could not attend Cub Scout Day camp without refashioning our awkward T's......
If you look close enough you will see white exposed serged stitching. I'm really good at getting a really bad tension on my serger so I thought I'd make it work for me and I do like the design result.
"High Five" for the great state of Michigan and "High Five" for refashioning!

I love it! I never have liked all the race t-shirts - I wish they'd make them more fitting. Anyway, this would be a great way to fix them and actually get some use out of them! Thanks for the great idea. Now if I can just DO IT that is my biggest problem! :)
ReplyDeleteGREAT matching T's!! I love it! Your snap press has come in handy time and time again. I laugh every time I get out the bib that you helped me with. The best part is the matching pink snaps!
ReplyDeleteLove the refashion. I also love the picture of you and baby George.
