Something had to give here - about 7" of hair! I thought I might start crying at the hairdresser but actually it felt great! I literally had a huge weight lifted off my shoulders as those extra inches were starting to feel more like postpartum dreadlocks.
I just hope I don't cry the first time I try to style it myself, or lets just hope I have time to style it. Just in case - the hairdresser made sure to keep it long enough to pull back in a pony tail. Now all I need is a little beauty rest.
I think Henry is still getting use to it becuase he keeps staring at me.

Wow Al I really love the new look!!!!!!

Al --Its a more polished look---you have such a pretty face that any hairstyle would look good. I want to see it when you let your hair naturally curl. A change is always fun.

Cute hair, Alison! I am still trying to get to the hair dresser my self. Did your other boys notice? Jerome usually doesn't notice no matter how much I cut off.
ReplyDeleteMarie'- You're right James and William did not notice. I had to point it out to them after a couple of hours. James then said "I think it suits you better"
ReplyDeleteBut Clara is so funny as soon as I walked in the door she pointed to my hair and said "Pretty Mommy". She notices everything and says "pretty mommy" everytime I change my shirt after getting spit up on.
I love it! looks great :)

So cute, Al. Short hair is a lot easier to keep up, really! It's a lot easier to feel put together when you don't have tons of time to get ready in the morning.
