How I wrap my baby on my back

With so many sisters and friends with babies, toddlers and babies on the way I thought I'd post a video on how and why I wrap my baby on my back.  I highly recommend it for so many reasons.

For now you can enjoy my low budget filming on photo booth.  Something funny happened with the film speed and audio but that makes it even more entertaining - I like the way the kids are speeding around me because that's how it feels sometimes.

Enjoy for now and if there is interest I'll figure out a way to make a better "how to" video with my flip camera.

  1. That was fun to watch! You can tell George is used to being wrapped. He holds so still!

  2. Hey there!
I found you via Chocolate on my Cranium.

I too am a (lds) homeschooling mommy of 7 kids. Although, I currently have 1 enrolled in public school at the moment (long story).

I love wearing my baby too! Thanks for the tutorial. I find it works great with my homemade baby wrap too!

I will be hanging around for more helpful big family-homeschooling tips (since I grew up in a single parent home with only me and my sis). And who knows...possibly more!

    Glad I found you!

  3. Hi DeAyn-

Fun to know there are other homeschoolers and baby wearers out there just like us with 5 boys and 2 girls.

I'll come stop by your site for tips from you!

  4. Yay for baby-wearing, homeschooling AND big families! I've got two of the three mildly under control...I think. :)

  5. Al -Thanks for the video. Alexander would love to ride that way, I am sure. Although during the hours of 7-10, I would strap him on Paul's back.

I loved watching the four little ones running in and out of the background of this video.
